I have read about Water Fasting and it's good for resetting your system so you know when you are really hungry as opposed to eating out of cravings, etc.
Thinking of doing a long Water Fast to reset things.
I eat to much even though it's better food. Still crave salty stuff. Weight loss has stagnated despite being obese. My digestion seems slow despite eating tons of high fiber foods.
Doing the low fat vegan diet for 2 months now. Seems like my digestion needs some fine tuning.
Not sure if I should keep trying to practice eating less (meaning no over eating). Or if it's pointless to try to do that until you reset your system a bit by fasting?
