Alot of what you're seeing is undigested food matter. I do think the thing that came from your nose and two of the long brown things are round worms. These are very common and can come from eating fruits and veggies that were not washed properly. See if your doctor will do a parasite test. A Bowel Cleanse would be a good start after you get tested. If you start taking things before you get tested you won't get accurate results. Tweet
