Re: Should I take Nature's Way Kelp for HypoT?

That's pretty good. At your weight, you should be drinking 3.76 litres of water

every

single

day.

As your weight drops, of course, you can decrease your daily water consumption. There are ounce/to/millilitre conversion charts, etc, on the internet.

Remember, "half your weight in ounces daily"

I find it MUCH easier to keep this in check by measuring my water for the day into a pitcher. That way, I simply know that I need to empty that pitcher by the end of the day.

Everything is functioning better and I've been feeling a lot better these days.

Seriously, I don't know why I didn't think of this before; it makes it SO much easier! lol

I weigh 158 pounds so I need to consume 2.34 litres every single day.

Please remember this is YOUR body and YOUR responsibility to care for it. People like me have and do continue to make mistakes. We should all research more and not rely on any one person to 'tell us exactly what to do'.

We can only make suggestions. Most people are in fact not consuming enough Iodine and water on a daily basis.

There is a vast bit of knowledge here.

I would suggest reading the FAQ page found by clicking on the word Iodine in most posts (if it's a different color).

And also the BSA, RN, RRR, RR, and R posts.

You'll learn a lot.
