I take 10,000 IU Daily ALL the time. That is one supplement that I never miss, for even a day. I did the blood spot testing after 3 months to verify my blood level is between 70 to 80ng/ml:

This subject is extremely controversial at this forum. However my most trusted doctors, Dr. Kruse & Dr. Davis insist it is essential for optimal health and I turn a deaf ear to the extreme negativism about D3 because it has been a MIRACLE for my own health: Curing my decades long of suffering with extreme chest colds every winter has been a true MIRACLE for me!

I don't know if magnesium will be a problem for you or not. If it is, I'm sure there is a solution for you out there somewhere.
