Is chromium good or bad for hypoglycemia and reactive hypoglycemia?

I am suffering from reactive hypoglycemia, and the worst part is that the sugar-free or minimizing Sugar intake didn't work for me.

The best thing I do is to drink about a 125ml of a sugary drink, my blood Sugar will then go up to 150mg/dl and then drops about 30 to 45 minutes later, I start eating when it reaches back to 115mg/dl or 110mg/dl.

Someone suggested to me to take chromium supplement, but I am hesitant because some people say that it made their symptoms much worse and their blood glucose dropped lower than before.

I wish that those who are taking chromium for chronic hypoglycemia or reactive hypoglycemia share the results that they got from it in this thread. Did your symptoms improve for a while and then worsen again?

Thanks to all
