Thank you Uny. It's much appreciated. It's hard to makes heads of what is going on at the moment, and what is benzo w/d vs the HC.

I made a 5% cut on my Valium two weeks ago tomorrow, and I've often felt similar when I get to the two week point. So it's hard to discern anything.

I think that I'm just going to put all cutting on hold and wait a while and see if things improve. Tweet
