While I'm glad to hear you conquered your anxiety, a couple things don't make sense. You said:

Gaba receptors don't boost serotonin, they boost gaba. Gaba has nothing to do with serotonin.

Perhaps your anxiety was lowered because arginine lowers AMMONIA in the gut. And high ammonia can lead to anxiety, neurotoxicity, etc.
