Re: SPLASH... some IODINE on your Testosterones!

I am 30 years old, have a low-normal total testosterone of 3,43ng/ml and lots of symptoms related to hypogonadism including pretty severe erectile dysfunction, low libido and ancllmaxis. I won’t get testosterone substitution because of my “normal” test results.

I have started the Iodine (+ DMSO) testicle painting procedure two weeks ago, but used a Iodine dose that’s is / was too high for my body (5-10 drops of 5% Lugol’s solution / day). Should have read the following earlier:


"Get to much Iodine to fast and the Thyroid will shut down for a couple of days, repeat the dose or get a higher dose and it will happen again, this can cause your hair to start to fall out, the problem with DMSO is you don’t know how much iodine you are getting into your system, and iodine needs to be dosed up slowly to stop the Thyroid from bugging out for a few days."


I could feel in my throat that I took too much, also had hypersalivation. Btw: The “wound liquid” from a graze on my knee had a different color than usual (red-brownish). Don’t know what that means, but might be iodine related.

Putting the substances undiluted on my scrotum and penis was no problem (altough not exactly a smart idea). Giving the pure stuff on my glans was simply reckless and irresponsible. Burned like hell and resulted in balanitis and meatitis (my “meatus urethrae externus” is still swollen, hope it get’s well soon).

Now the good news:

I had a really dark circle / spot on my glans from PE which I was more than ashamed of. Now that the skin has regenerated it’s MUCH better, nearly gone. What a relief!
I’m more horny, think about sex. A LOT.
I have significantly more precum. Even have to change my underwear and sometimes pants because of that (well, this isn’t all good news, but OK).

I have spontaneous erections again. Couldn’t get hard without manual stimulation before.

EQ is better, but not nearly as good as it should be.
I still can’t get an cllmax :-( .

I’ll will take a lower dose of iodine without DMSO from now on and dilute it quite a bit. I won’t put it on my glans for at least two weeks. Will post updates.
