Thank you for that accurate description. You are exactly right.

There are multiple immune systems in our body. One is our beneficial flora in the gut & Iodine has nothing to do with that immune system.

Iodine does its work at the cellular level. Every cell in our body has an Iodine receptor. It breaks down like this:
