Do colon or parasite cleanses help fight off candida?
I have read a lot about these cleanses over many of the forums here and am interested. I have already started eating better some months back and taking milk kefir. I want to try the PB shake (Psyllium and Bentonite) along with a
parasite cleanse. I can't bring myself to do a
Liver Flush or enemas yet, nor have I tried to tackle this by any other means so am thinking this is a good start.
I suspect I have candida. I have lots of the symptoms you read about it dry feet, constant peelin lips, rough peeling feet, toenail fungus and the worse yet a horrible dandruff scalp problem. It's out of control very oily on my crown with a constant pus like white dandruff build up and its now even leading to hairloss. I also itch on my backside but thankfully not in public.
Heres what I want to start with but got a couple questions:
Yerba Prima
Bentonite Detox pint
Yerba Prima Psyllium powder
Now Foods Fresh Green
Black-Walnut Wormwood Complex
I know a lot of folks do the
Colon Cleanse due to bloating or constipation. I want to know though if it's safe to do if we aren't having any of these issues and have normal bowel movements? I have long healthy stools and don't experience any pains/cramping/constipation of any kind. I go 2-3 times daily. I wan't to be sure it won't harm me more than help.
Is the correct dosage 1tsp husk powder to 1tbs of
Bentonite (followed by a glass of water)? I don't have breakfast till 10:00am so would 8-8:30 be an ideal time to have it?
I am diabetic are the colon and
parasite cleanse safe to do?
How long are we supposed to do the cleanse? In my case until bowl movements remain or return to normal? I'd rather not do everything at once have read we can do the
parasite cleanse after..so would it be fine to take the
Wormwood Complex after we're done with the PB cleanse?
Lastly any advice or thoughts that you have based on my conditions that can help me?
I appreciate you guys for all the insight thanks for reading!
