Lugol’s Iodine Free S&H
J.Crow’s® Lugol’s Iodine Solution. Restore lost reserves.

I know this is a very old thread, but it's extremely interesting. I want to try that but I have no idea how many drops of Iodine I should use vaginally? I have the 2% Lugol's solution. Should I use 4 drops (diluted with a bit of water) which I will put on a tampon or more/less iodine? Can I do this daily or only 3 times per week? Comments are appreciated. Thanks.
