Dunno how much I take in daily now. Essentially SSKI is the basis of all my food and drink now. My Espresso machine gets 3 drops per liter of water. Milk gets one drop per liter moments after I open it. Beans are soaked in SSKI water, Yogurt is made with Milk that had SSKI added. Bread is made with lots of SSKI since it aids the good yeast.. oh and I add SSKI to IMAM+ several times a day..
Unsure of how many drops of SSKI I get each day but I do know most have been converted into a much more potent form by the critters I feed..
