the process of halogen balancing supplementation is ongoing due to persistent and ubiquitous contamination of the environment.

i have been supplementing since the forum began and i currently take about 1200mg of Iodide every morning. when my environment changes, my dose changes. i doubled my dose when the wife bought a new couch and mattress.
