Mouth ulcers after enema?(liver flukes?candida?)

Since doing several enemas yesterday; (coffee, water, garlic) and ulcer has appeared on the roof of my mouth. Is this a sign of electrolyte imbalance or mineral depletion or is it symptoms of die off; toxins being released ?

When I did the enemas I passed what looks like white liver flukes and white things with long thing legs!!!!
