Re: fatigue

You can read about "phase 3 adrenal burnout" simply by doing an internet search. It goes in 4 phases. Phase 4 is Addisons. I'm at phase 3 just above Addisons, so a medical doctor won't treat it. There is no starvation. Where are you getting this nonsense?

Reference ranges for cortisol test:
5.1-40.2 morning
2.1-15.7 noon
1.8-12 evening
0.9-9.2 night

Cortisol:
morning 5.25
noon 2.51
evening 2.03
night 6.67

Strangely my cortisol rises slightly at night.

optimal range:
18-35
6-12
4-8
2-6

Doctors usually don't test for this stuff....And if they did, it would not be considered a disorder unless it was full blown Addisons (phase 4). A naturopath did give me some low doses of bioidentical hormones, and I did start feeling better. She is no longer in business, and I can't find anybody else. So, what probably started off as high cortisol as a young man, has turned in to low cortisol as an adult.
