Re: --answer--To unknown problems--
Ok. I live mostly on fruit, and if I have juice I mix it with bsm. Typically I'll fast at least until lunchtime. If I'm hungry then, I'll have some steamed carrots with olive oil to avoid a sugar crash at that time. My evening meal is a lot of fruit, some coconut oil taken by the spoonful, some more steamed carrots if I'm hungry. I cannot eat fruit during the day otherwise I'll suffer a sugar spike.
Now, I have not yet removed my fillings, and actually I have the idea of trying to regrow my teeth through mineral supplementation, BUT, I cannot stand wheatgrass or kelp. Perhaps this could be from the fillings, but I've also read about vata types with no fillings not being able to tolerate "air" foods either. Apple cider vinegar? One whiff of it nearly throws me for six. The smell is terrible! Perhaps this could be from excessive acidity, but I do not test acidic with the paper! Again I think this is more due to my body type: this time the "metabolic type" from mercola.com - the fat burner who is supposed to detest the smell of vinegar! If you have other ideas, I would like to hear them - I didn't realise that the calcium in the COH was ONLY for the electricity: I thought it served dual purpose and perhaps that other compounds could too. I'm aware of arguments against inorganic minerals, but I wondered that IF mixed with the bsm drink, perhaps they could be useful?
