Thats correct.. When we asked the head of the Department at the University how he could issue such a report when the water was totally drinkable, he replied... "thats what the meters say...."
So there are only a couple of possibilities, his meters are wrong, his Science is wrong, or both.
Several times we went to the Uni and made the water/fluid in front of him so the testing would be completely accurate.
He dreads us knocking on his door. We defy every thing he knows about water. He doesnt reject it like most others do. But his job doesnt allow him to support it either...
