I use a 1,000 mg vegetable capsule vitamin C. Don't use the coated pills. Insert as far as you can reach. Your vagina pH is a fragile balancing act. When its off you become a breeding ground for yeast and infection causing bacteria. Vitamin C is a fantastic way to balance the pH. Just know that vitamin C near your cervix can/will cause bleeding. Especially if you're close to your period. Try not to make this a go to for every time, but its better than Antibiotics and its a great quick fix. Diet is key to a permanent solution. Low Sugar and low processed foods will help. Lots of raw veggies!
