Gracias, Pepe! Estimo mucho tus consejos! I am hoping to see some results from the Master-Cleanse myself. I'm on day 5 now! Wheeeeee! And feeling great. Skin is okay but no worse or better than certain times of the month. Hubby says I glow. Not so sure about that, but I do feel pretty great.
