What would you do in this situation?
Hello all. For the last 3 months, I have started a protocol to start healing my adrenal fatigue. I am currently in the exhaustion stage.
I have been eating healthy and more often as recommended. I started with only basic supplements. The first month I started by taking only 500mg of Vitamin C daily. The second month, I increased to 1 g daily. The first 2 months seemed like I was moving in a good direction. I noticed energy boosts, decreased anxiety and depression, and being more functional. Brain fog seems to have dissipated. I had my ups and downs, but the downs never felt like I was moving truly backwards, just setbacks. My average body temperature went from 97.6 to now (98-98.2)
This 3rd month, I started by adding Vitamin B5 in (250 mg daily), and actually did not notice any effect the first week. Mid way through the second week, I had a stressful event that led to a crash. This crashed seemed very different from the other crashes, as now my energy levels have plummeted significantly. I am actually ta point now where I have trouble walking. The past 3 days I have been off B5 altogether, although now I am left perplexed if the cause was the B5 or the stressful event (or both). My head still feels fairly clear, just incredibly low energy and my sleep quality took a nose dive.
What would you do in this situation?
