+++++++++++Thank you Grizz! This is exactly what I needed to know. :0)

I got on this Iodine journey to solve uterine problems, so I'll sick to Lugols and Iodoral until for now.

Also, I just figured there is a link between anemia, menorrhagia, low thyroid and CANDIDA! It would explain why even if I take plenty of iron I still have iron deficiency issues, which handicap my thyroid function.

Right?
