Simple Reprogramming for your brain to sleep


I learned this from a relative of mine. They experienced a trauma... a shock, and from then on, could not sleep and developed insomnia for 5 months straight.

Through the internet they learned this technique. I'm not really sure what it is, and where it falls into (maybe it's NLP, not sure) but it reprograms your brain. It is so simple, its almost ridiculous, but from the 1st moment she implemented it, it worked the 1st time, and has never looked back. It is interesting to note, that she had a hair test (htma) done months later after learning this technique, and had many low values with extremely high copper. Quite interesting, I think.. mind over matter !!!!


So all you need to do, is say ***OUTLOUD*** to yourself
(you are talking to your brain) :

"I AM going to sleep tonight !"
-- Make sure that when you say it, you sound like you MEAN it, and make sure you emphasize the "AM". Say it LOUDER than the rest of the words.

After you have said the above, you CLAP your two hands together about 4 times, or however much you feel.

Do this several times a day in the beginning, and before you go to bed, until you have reprogrammed your brain.

This has also worked for me and for another.
