Okay thank You for the response. I wasnt going to do the juice fasting on the candida diet, i meant before the diet as a mini cleanse. The only thing i will juice is greens on the diet.

Do i need All Co supplements? Or can I be okay with selenium through brazil nuts, bcomplex, vitamin d, and vitamin c. Just seems like a lot of pills on top of my herbs for cleansing etc

I will definitely write a review if i notice any positive changes in my health. I think Iodine will improve my low body temperature and help with estrogen dominance.

No doctor will give me any anti-fungals because they dont think i have candida or believe it. My best bet is to order nystatin online and try it internally as well as externally through enema's.

My biggest issue is excess mucus. Seems like candida is mainly affecting my mucus membranes, digestion, and hormones.
