Argenine Makes my skin breakout

I have been reading the book Keep it Up
By Florence Comite

She mentioned a combination of L-Argenine and L-Citrulline are good for Erectile Dysfunction

I have used Argenine before and it makes my skin break out on my fingertips It gets very irritating so I stop

If I eat a alot of deiry products I get the same reaction

I would like to use L-Argenine or a substitute but I don't want the skin problems
