Sorry to hear that but don't let that get to you. Just curious do ppl tell you to your face you smell or they just make comments.

Do your best to eat low choline and take supplements. Yesterday we went to this outdoor birthday party there were a lot of ppl and kids that were talking to me and I didn't notice any severe reaction.

For me what works is I usually don't eat if I have to be in big crowds and talk to ppl. Plus I drink plenty of water. It seems to help we were there 4 hrs and I didn't head any complaints or dirty looks. This little girl was even talking to me the whole time.

Good luck and it's normal to have setbacks but don't let it bring you down just keep fighting:-)
