I'm not sure if you were speaking to me or the original poster, but I will answer :)

I can very much smell my own odor. But it's not as intense as I perceive others to smell it. It's like the old belief goes which implies that if you can smell yourself, you smell much worse to others..

But yes, I can smell my own B.O. Most of the time it's normal B.O. that I smell, but there have been times that I smelled the fecal/cheesy B.O. from my underarms. Before last year, I couldn't really smell any horrible odor and I've had this for years..

I don't have breath odor or jock itch due to sweat, but I do sweat all over. However, I will say that I've calmed down a bit. A lot actually. Not sure why. I am mostly concerned about my underarm sweat. That's my biggest problem. So far, Ban has done the best job at keeping me drier, but I still sweat and any sweat comes from my armpits causes major B.O.
