do you have any idea what's in this guy (original poster's) photo? my 5 year old gets those blobs and sausage casing stuff. i'm relieved someone else does but now i'm really scared!

my doctor visit didn't go well today, but she thinks it's not pinworms and something else.. some other round worm like ascaris.
