How much coffee, tea or caffinated soda do you normally drink per day?

(Sounds to me like you went cold turkey off of caffine.)

Two choices:

1) Go off the fast and step yourself off of caffine over a 2 week period.

2) Take 2 asprin or 2 motrin and have a nap.
