I started making liposomal vit c for both my husband who has skin cancer and also for a close friend who had surgery colon cancer but now just discovered a tumor on her ovaries.
The health of these people is very important to me and I want to use the best products possible.
I read several on line protocols, most of which don't seem to concern themselves about which lecithin or which Vit C to use.
I feel I am on my own with not enough knowledge to make the right decisions. .. So far I have been using sunflower lecithin to get away from the Genetically-Modified-Organisms problem. And I used ascorbic acid. But now I discovered that most ascorbic acid is also made from soy beans, therefore the same Genetically-Modified-Organisms issue.
If I use C-complex powder or Vit C from natural sources, how do I know I have the right strength of the resultant liposomal Vit C?
