Sometimes mistakes are a blessing:) so what is it there to loose? Detox are easier with higher dosages, according this forum. 1-300 mg sounds good for a start, then a little lithium to stabilize the bi polar.
Vit B is important for mental health. Also needed for processing all that meds.
