psych meds

Anyone gone off psych meds because of the Iodine protocol? I am hypothryoid and diagnosed biplor 2 in 2010. I am on a ridiculous amount of pharmaceuticals and would like to not be. I also have fibromyalgia and a positive ANA/elevated CRP (both markers for Lupus). I don't have Lupus, but I suspect I have inflammation from possible hashimotos.

I've beed doing a low dose of J. Crows Lugol's for a couple weeks and it made me feel pretty miserable. Today I took the leap and took a mega-dose. I meant to take 100 mg, but accidentally took 240 cause I was confused about the dosage/drop. That was two hours ago and I feel fine. Not great, but fine and a bit more clear-headed with a strange tingling sensation in my head. I hope to not have any heavy detox because I have a busy week ahead at work. It was a gamble, but I had to do do it sometime. I'm desperate to feel better and get off these meds. They make me numb, apathetic and complacent but I do still need them at this point. I tried to go off one of them a few months back to test out my tolerance and had crazy insomnia.

Took my temp an hour after my dosage and it was 98.9. My average temp is 97.2. I'm hoping that's a good sign. Tweet
