yeah pinX has pyrantel which kills and paralyzes immediately. and on top of that pyrantel is a broad spectrum wormer so parasites you didnt know you had will show up in your stool. i took pyrantel and had liver flukes coming out.
so just hang on with the die off symptoms they will go away.
