it really depends on how damaged your gut really is. the problem is once your gut is damaged you could have hidden allergies to the food you used to eat. and i bet you probably still eat the same foods even if they are healthy. for example when my gut was completely in shreds i wouldnt eat anything that was hard to digest.... i ate broths with wet chicken meats, raw egg yolks, and no flour or fiber(veggies too). for veggies i would eat only the broccoli floret heads and not the fiber stem. i also made my own probiotic yogurt with billions of hand put bacterias. so if your still having a messed up gut while eating healthy maybe you should feed on easier digesting foods and bone broth to rebuild the stomach. and while doing that blast the probiotic foods hard.
