well they say once you get past day three then it's pretty much easy going from their. Some tips... keep yourself preoccupied with other things when starting to think about food, for example : focus on school work, watch a movie, plan on what you're gonna do tomorrow, i myself like to read a pile of books. ALSO i recommend to stay away from people because whenever i go on a fast and i have to continue with my social life people never stop offering me food and its not just a potato chip its the works, chick fil A, cookie's, gummy bears, etc. and when you tell them no you're not hungry they automatically think you're starving yourself. So long story short, stay away from people... story of my life.
