hi there,

Mine went "back down" after my hidious scattering event. I'm very sorry to hear that yours are still up there in your esophagus.. I found that the ones that were up high eventually made their way back down again, when I left things alone and let them return to their favourite place (the intestines). I sneezed one out as well (fluke). Bloody awful experience.
