Re: Cure for body odor equal corect diet plus exercises plus sweating plus liver flush plus FMT
Thank you for your response White Shark! I was on
Antibiotics for a yeast infection and, more recently (maybe 2 years ago), a bout with Bacterial vaginosis and a bad cold. I did take birth control for about 14 years to control heavy bleeding but I have been off of those for 3 years.
I have trouble smelling my odor but I get reactions every day. When I smell my skin or my clothes, they smell like deodorant, spray, etc. Sometimes, I will smell an unpleasant smell in my vaginal area on my underclothes. I spray that area with peroxide/water and it seems to help.
My underarms used to smell quite musky but I stopped using strong alluminum deoderants and now use the crystal deo and sometimes just coconut oil and they don't seem to smell as bad (to me). After I stopped drinking, sweat used to DRIP off of my underarms but that has lessened some now. My feet still sweat a lot when I'm stressed or when I drink coffee. My feet also used to get hot and turn blood red but this has lessened as well.
My diet has been good recently-I cut out everything except white rice, carrots, cucumbers, celery, zucchini, squash, pumpkin, coconut milk/oil and sometimes tomatoes.
When I cleaned up my diet, tiny bumps on my face cleared up also.
I am very active and quite slender (I always drop a lot of weight when doing these diets)and I stand and walk around and bend down to pick up things at work all day. I could probably stand to exercise more.
I went to a naturopath (I don't think she knows a whole lot because she didn't know about candida, sibo, or tmau)told me first that it was my liver, then that it was digestive enzymes. I was tested for liver enzymes and they all came out fine with a blood test. I took papaya and ox bile enzymes for about 5 months but I can't really tell if they are working. Now she is just prescribing sulphur homeopathy treatments which I do not believe are helping.
During my initial detoxing that I did for 2 months, I sweated myself in the bath tub with
Epsom Salts a few times a week. I didn't notice any improvement.
I did some
coffee enemas and bowel flushes which I do think helped clean out my system. I did one
Liver Flush but didn't feel any different. I did
The Clark Flush . Is there one regimen that is better than others? Should I fast when I do this?
