I would just like to read your experiences in eating alkaline foods and if it helped you get rid of candida? I'm doing green smoothies right now with fresh vegetables and hoping it will help.
The reason I ask is I've read for years that it's good to have your ph slightly alkaline to maintain good health and prevent bad bacteria/yeast/cancer etc. I would say 90-95% of the internet says this. But there are some that say it doesn't matter what you eat as the body itself maintains the proper pH. I had second thoughts after reading these articles:
The first article I thought about it a bit but didn't pay a lot of attention to it but the 2nd one really got me thinking because I respect a lot of what he writes. To me he knows his stuff.
I don't care to debate about it. Just knowing if eating alkaline worked for you is enough for me. I want to know if it drastically helped or eliminated your candida. I've tried everything over the years and can't get rid of it. I've been detoxing from heavy metals if anyone is wondering.
