I once did a liverflush before a test.
Read later on Liverflush Evidence that you should not do it.
Every number was off, I needed B12 shots, because the B12 was 0. I took one shot but never went back for the rest. Never told them either that I had done the flush.

I always make the appointments while I am there and then later I call and cancel them and never make them again. Usually I say I am going on vacation and will call back. By the time I go back for my yearly appointment I will be ok again.
