Re: Olive oil and rice are high in Salicylates like vinegar

Candida is very very common in all societies today! Mostly America and the UK which is because of our inability to look after ourselves properly and our dependence on doctors and the pharmaceutical industry which is only making us even more sick! It seems to be the cause of most problems which people overlook as individual problems which are in fact all symptoms of candida overgrowth.

For example, I have Seborrheic Dermatitis , digestive issues and have had continuous urinary tract infections, sensitivities to food, reoccurring headaches and a list of many other things. I though they were all separate things, but they are not they are all related to something much bigger - candida!

Since researching about Seborrheic Dermatitis I have come across a lot particularly on candida and also the connections it has with leaky gut which I think I also have as a result of candida. I have found 2 suggested cures that have worked for many that I'm yet to try, but you should check them out yourself!

1st is slippery elm bark powder which is made into a gruel and or tea. Candida is a problem that's started on the inside and other problems such as seb derm are a result of that as is things like eczema and psoriasis. So curing yourself from the inside out is the only way. Look for -2stuff here on CureZone, there is a slippery elm protocol I found to cure leaky gut. Most people with candida have leaky gut as the candida causes this. However to get rid of candida you first have to get rid of leaky guy! If you are going to try this out I would get the elm, pau'd arco, prebio7 probiotics (or kombucha tea or make your own kefir or saukeraut) and marshmallow root. The protocol lists several other things, but only those are necessary and you can get them on amazon or ebay! Search around for the cheapest you can find and get them in powder form! Apart from the probiotics and tea of course!

Secondly I found out about nystatin which a member - dvjorge - found out about and cured their intestinal candida using this! This includes doing enemas which I have never done before and I'm hoping the elm will work so I can avoid doing this, but it looks like nystatin had the best results and has cured people the quickest and for good. dvjorge mentions that he's now able to go back to how he was previous to candida eg. eating what he likes etc, obviously it's best to still eat healthy the majority of the time and look after yourself as probiotics are more than likely the main and most common cause of candida overgrowth, but not looking after yourself properly eg a bad diet, obviously would have contributed to it. Look up dvjorge on here and read his instructions on how to cure candida for good.

Once you cure the candida the seb derm won't be a problem, it's just the result of the candida that's all. Do NOT under any circumstances use oil on the seb derm because this will only feed it. Medicated creams etc will also only make it worse. The only thing I have found to work when applied topically is Iodine check out Grizz who's also on here and has done extensive research on iodine. Also stay away from dairy and gluten !!! The candida diet by the way doesn't work and even if it provides you some relief it will only be temporarily!

I hope this helps you in some way and I hope you get rid of this soon, best wishes and good luck to you!
