Inhaled talc and experiencing breathing difficulties

Hi,

I inhaled a small quantity of talcum powder earlier this year. Since then my upper chest has been tight (feels like someone is sitting on it), feels like my upper chest cannot expand properly especially on the left side, and I've been experiencing ongoing mild pain which is exacerbated if I do any sort of breathing using my chest (such as when I exercise, or if I'm sitting).

I've had a journey with different doctors and a respiratory physician which has made me quite critical of the medical establishment's ability to support me. I have still been able to function and so doctors haven't on the whole really taken much interest. A CT scan showed light scarring on the upper left lobe but the respiratory physician doesn't think this is related. I am skeptical.

Anyone have any idea what it is that is going on, or really, how to get the talc out of my system?
