Why white cell count keep dropping?

My white cell count went from 3.7 down to 2.9.

Low range starts at 3.4

Why the drop? I'm
Anemic too. They are thinking blood parasites like hookworm or schistosomes. They even want to do a bone narrow biospy now to check for antibodies of hidden infections and cancer.
Any ideas?
