I don't workout anymore because of my health but eggs and chicken is all u really need for protein anabolism. The only downside is it requires a lot of blood glucose to build solid muscle and if there is candida, it makes it very hard on the body to fight candida and build muscle. So if your health allows you eggs.chicken
And a carb source like brown rice... Vegatables can be used too but u won't build very much.
