I'm taking a teaspoon of the Maca per day, at bedtime as I said. Doesn't keep me from sleeping, but I'm noticing I seem to need less sleep. I may add another teaspoon during the day, but from what I've read, one teaspoon is adequate.
I am taking a dropperful of Lugol's from Trapper(in water) and just started adding a dropperful of his SSKI as well. So far so good.
