yes, but it may also mess up the picture, it happened to me. I tried a ten fold of these herbs claiming to balance the hormones.

- frequently forum members come back to this Iodine forum, asking or claiming that Iodine did this and that; but it is impossible to know or guide when you do too much in one go.
