Re: Very low energy and weight gain
You are so great to take the time to repond...thank you!!
I will look into the castor oil packs. Does Pam have them on her site?
It's interesting that you are detoxing so fast now and yet not doing everything Dr. Wilson preaches. Especially, on the vegetables. I think one his strengths is also a weakness. He is quite adamant about things having to be a certain way, i.e., eating lots of vegetables daily, for people to heal. Being very strong in an opinion can also make anyone feel that it's the only way to success. You are an example of other ways working just fine. I will cut myself some slack on that issue.
I don't do Roy Master's, either. I am born-again, and I pray to the Lord daily. For me, there is no better way to deal with anxiety and concerns of any kind. And I also pray a lot for friends with needs. On my retest form, I always tell my P that I pray, not meditate. He's cool with that.
Is there a link you can recommend for doing gallbladder flushes?
Yes, I do rest a lot. Going to bed early has become a very good habit. My P says to be in bed by 8 p.m.! I've done that when I've been feeling exceptionally lousy, but it's just too early. I'm often there by 9. Now when I stay up until 10, it seems really late! I do wake up earlier than I used to and usually feel rested. Unless I've tossed and turned due to copper.
That's too bad that one of your sisters stopped NB. High copper is no fun, and I can commiserate with her about the detox symptoms. But I was very symptomatic before I found NB with migraines, fatigue, being spacy, etc. I don't know any other way to get well except to go through it. The end result will be worth it all.
Take care. Please share your latest test results when you get them.
