administering Iodine should not make one hyper. if anything, a 130mg dose is used to shut down the thyroid temporarily. the first time i took Iodine i took iodate and i was never so cold in all my life, and i lived in the interior of alaska!

i think dosage is way too low. i would hit anybody right off the street with a gram of KI. its that safe. i currently take about a gram a day. Tweet
