please help, help, help

Hi All,
initially, I have been told that I've giardia lamp Lia parasite then I've been using parastroy program in one month then I have seen in my last days in that first round some dead worms in my stool, but still the parasite symptoms didn't go from me, I stopped in my 30 day and took 30 days of break and I resumed last month after 30 days of break,

I have seen some worms in my stool in my second round also, but still I'm suffering from the symptoms of the parasite like bloating, gas and etc. today is my last day of the second round, after I finish my first round, I did stool analyses lab, then the lab showed that I have hookworm and amoebic cyst that I didn't know, so please advise now what should I do? There is a improvement in my stomach, but still the problem didn't go away.
NOW, I'M in ramadan and started fasting today,
