The first set of pictures are not liver flukes because they don't survive transit through the gut. It is commonly believed that liver flukes show themselves as "tomato skins".

I agree with Archus that the long stringy structures are likely to be mucoid plague. Removing this rancid layer from you bowel will improve you health and indicate that a thorough bowel cleanout may be beneficial.

The green stones are from the liver/gallbladder. Light green from the liver, dark green from the liver and gallbladder and yellow from the gallbladder. There are other colours.

You have had a very good cleaning experience and it is not uncommon that people have a productive Liver Flush after parasite cleansing.
