Grizz, you don't have to buy the 50 mg. pill and melt it in water, although you can. But compounding pharmacies can make it in any dose you want. The important thing is to ask about fillers. Calcium carbonate blocks its action, there are other fillers people have reacted to. Dextrose, a tiny amount is a good one. If you aren't lactose intolerant some pharmacies will use that. It is a tiny capsule.
