Pain/tenderness on upper right abdominal area

I am 25 years old 2 weeks ago Wednesday night suddenly I notice the right side of my abdomen is tender and felt swollen since the next day I noticed extreme light headedness and no matter how much fluids I  drink my mouth stays dry. The pain tenderness is on the upper right side but now when I press in around the belly it feels tender. 

I went to the hospital on the Sunday after and they did blood work which apparently came back normal and said I probably have IBS.

The next few days I noticed blood in my saliva and went to my doctor immediately who sent me to the hospital to get myself checked out, they mainly focused on my lungs and heart, did Ecg, X ray and some blood tests and apparently everything came back perfectly fine.

2 weeks on I still feel dizzy, my right side hurts, my stool is yellow and loose and I keep feeling dizzy. Also I keep gurgling on my right side.

Doctor ordered an ultrasound scan and an endoscopy to be carried out soon but this is really bothering me I've never felt like this in my life!
